Singapore Airlines operate 4 daily flights to Singapore (2 on A380 & 2 on B777 aircraft) from London Heathrow's new Terminal 2.
There is also a daily Manchester service to Singapore on A350-900 aircraft.

Singapore Airlines is one of the few airlines that will soon offer an Economy seat with more space, an upgraded seat and in a dedicated cabin.
