Say “I do” to a wedding in paradise

If you’ve ever visited this part of the world before, you’ll know the meaning of love at first sight. Breathtakingly beautiful, fragrant and romantic, the islands of the South Pacific provide the most idyllic wedding venue on earth.

Find something old in the colourful village traditions and culture; something new in the stunning resorts and hotels; something borrowed in the delicious, fusion-style cuisine and something blue in the warm, turquoise waters of the crystal clear lagoons. Say your vows against a backdrop of white sand and swaying palms, in a small chapel overlooking the sparkling ocean, or aboard a stunning cruiser as you sail around the islands.

You’ll find that most of our selected resorts promise a wide range of wedding options, from a simple ceremony to an elaborate wedding with reception, flowers and wedding cake. However you choose to spend your big day, experienced wedding co-ordinators will help you every step of the way with all the necessary documentation, formalities and planning. It’s just up to you to say “I do”.

To overcome these constraints, traditional wedding ceremonies or marriage celebrations can be held without legal implications to complete a civil marriage or to renew vows.

In Tonga, beach weddings are not permitted. It is possible to be married in one of the many churches around the island but couples must undergo lengthy religious instruction from the local parish priest.

Unspolit, unhurried and unrivalled in their natural beauty, these spectacular destinations provide the perfect setting for long walks along the sand, glorious swimming and snorkelling amongst brightly coloured marine life and exquisite dining under the stars. Explore the islands together and discover heaven right here on earth.

They say it’s the little things that count and to make your honeymoon truly special many resorts and hotels offer room upgrades, champagne, gifts and other little extras to make your stay memorable.
