All Ways Tailormade was set up by Kaye Rankin, one of the original founders of All Ways Pacific, an award winning travel company renowned for providing the finest escorted tours in New Zealand, Australia and the South Pacific. All Ways Tailormade specialises in creating bespoke holidays and small group travel tours to these destinations. Holidays to Australia and New Zealand, as well as the South Pacific islands, are tailored to your every need. This is down to our many years’ experience resulting in both unrivalled knowledge of the region and loyal relationships with our tourism partners. KAYE RANKIN
New Zealand Travel Specialist
Kaye Rankin is the founder and Managing Director of All Ways Tailormade. A proud New Zealander, Kaye brings passion, local insight and decades of experience to her role as one of the UK’s leading New Zealand travel specialists.
Kaye left her homeland in 1976 to travel through Asia and Europe, eventually settling in London. Her career in travel began with Trafalgar Tours and later British Airways, giving her a strong grounding in international tourism.
In 1991, Kaye and her husband John – also a Kiwi – took their three young children on a remarkable six-month journey through New Zealand and Australia. Travelling from Perth across the Red Centre, down Australia’s east coast and across the length and breadth of New Zealand, they discovered not just the iconic landmarks but the lesser-known gems that make these regions truly special.
Returning to the UK, they used their knowledge and contacts to establish All Ways Pacific Travel in 1992. Over the years, they built a reputation as one of the UK’s leading touring companies, winning industry awards and delighting clients.
Kaye then launched All Ways Tailormade to focus on her first love: creating truly personalised holidays to New Zealand. Drawing on a lifetime of knowledge and genuine enthusiasm, she crafts bespoke travel itineraries that reveal the best of her homeland to both first-time visitors and returning travellers.
In 2015, she introduced the Magic of New Zealand small group tour – a 28-day programme designed to showcase the country’s natural beauty, cultural heritage and warm hospitality to just 20 guests at a time. The tours are curated with care and delivered with pride under the All Ways Touring brand.
Kaye continues to travel regularly to New Zealand and Australia to maintain first-hand knowledge of destinations, suppliers, and emerging experiences. She attends key trade shows, joins familiarisation tours, and takes part in UK-based events when regional partners visit London. This ongoing commitment ensures every itinerary she creates is backed by up-to-date insight and trusted local relationships.
